Sales Process
- Upon scheduling an appointment for an estimate you will receive a confirmation email or phone call to verify the appointment as well as the name of team member you are expecting.
- On the day of the appointment you should expect our sales team to arrive within the allotted time frame window. If outside of the allotted time frame, someone from our office will reach out to notify you as quickly as possible.
- Upon arrival you should expect a trained salesman wearing a logoed shirt to knock on the door and let you know they are on site.
- In today’s world almost all measurements are done via a satellite program. The old days of taking an hour to measure a roof by hand are gone. In almost all cases our salesman will still climb onto the roof to verify the measurements are correct and give a thorough evaluation to the condition of the roof. The salesman will also often take pictures of specific areas of concern to share with you.
- The salesman will then prepare your specific estimate which only takes a few minutes.
- They will approach the door and ask to enter the home so they can go over every aspect of the roof and answer any questions, we want our customers empowered with information and knowledge.
- In most situations the estimate will be provided at this time. Depending on your preference, it can be emailed or handwritten and delivered to you on site.
- For most homes the entire sales call process takes less than an hour.
- We are not a high-pressure sales company, and unless our homeowner is ready to execute the contract on site, we will not push for an answer that day.
- Financing options are available and we are happy to assist with the application process, if needed.
- Should you need more time to make a final decision on your project we will happily be on our way. You can expect a follow up call or email within a few days to determine if there is anything further we can do to earn your business. We also understand this is a decision that can take some considering.
